This course provides step by step instruction in performing the ancient Chinese health exercises called Moo Pahl Dan Kuhm for Korean martial artists, and Ba Duan Jin for Chinese stylists. The exercises focus on breath and movement to stretch and strengthen the body, similar to Indian Yoga. All age groups can benefit from these exercises, but are of particular interest to the more mature generations as they are low impact and help increase range of motion. These same exercises are practiced by Tai Chi, Qigong, and other internal Chinese martial artists. In this course you will learn:
- Basic history
- Basics of diaphrametic breathing
- 8 Moo Pahl Dan Kuhm exercises found in Moo Duk Kwan martial arts schools.
- 8 Ba Duan Jin exercises more commonly taught in Tai Chi programs.
- 1 30-minute Moo Pahl Dan Kuhm uninterrupted class to enjoy over and over again.
- 1 Special Seminar that unlocks the military applications of these ancient breathing exercises to improve your physical performance.
There is also a downloadable PDF that outlines the 8 Ba Duan Jin exercises.
